  • Mobile Massage Therapy brings professional massage services to your preferred location—whether at home, work, athletic events, hotels, or Airbnbs. We are committed to providing world-class service and convenience.

    One hour before your appointment, your therapist will text to confirm their arrival and ask if you’d like your insurance submitted in advance.

    Upon arrival, they will set up a sanitized massage table with fresh linens and a face cradle cover, ensuring no time is taken from your session.

    After your treatment, the therapist will pack up and handle payment. If insurance covers the full cost, you’ll receive an emailed receipt. Otherwise, payments can be made via card, cash, or your saved payment method.

    We also take this time to answer any questions and schedule follow-up appointments.

  • Health intake forms are only required on your first visit and are updated yearly so that we are aware of any medical conditions or medications that you are taking. It is important to be honest on these forms so we can provide you a safe and effective treatment.

  • Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will have a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service.

    Clients who miss/no show to their appointments without prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

  • We do not charge any additional fees from what is listed on our website

  • Your appointment starts with a 3-5 min intake and orthopaedic assessment this will help your therapist create a safe and effective treatment plan to help you reach your goals. The remaining time of your appointment is dedicated to the treatment time, afterwards your therapist may want to prescribe you some self care to help enhance your progress
